No. There is no single diet here, and nothing gets banned. We start from what you already eat, what your bloodwork says, and what your week realistically allows, then adjust from there. Most people change fewer things than they expect to, and keep the changes far longer than a diet would have lasted.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, coeliac, allergies, religious observance — all of it can be worked around, and none of it needs to hold you back on the programme. Tell us at sign-up and your plan is built accordingly rather than adapted awkwardly afterwards. Ask if you are unsure.
The group programme runs to a fixed six-week structure with shared sessions, group support and a set curriculum. The 1:1 package is built entirely around you — your bloodwork, your history, your schedule — and runs for as long as it needs to. Group suits a reset; 1:1 suits a complicated picture.
The 6-Week Metabolic Reset runs online, so you can join from anywhere and catch up on any session you miss. One-to-one consultations run either in person at our Al Manhal studio or online, whichever suits you. Many clients start in the room and continue remotely once the plan is running.
If you want structure, accountability and a defined end point, start with the Metabolic Reset. If you are managing a specific condition, unusual bloodwork or a long history of trying things that did not work, start one-to-one. If you are unsure, book a consultation and we will tell you honestly.
Yes, and they work considerably better together. Nutrition supports what you build in class, and recovery treatments support both. Plenty of clients run a nutrition programme alongside Reformer Pilates or bodywork; tell your instructor and your nutritionist, and they will coordinate between them.
