Lillian is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and UAEReps Comprehensive Pilates Teacher, trained in Classical Pilates through the Physical Mind Institute New York and Romana's lineage in Las Vegas. She is the Lead Teacher of a Classical Pilates Teacher Training programme of 450 hours in Abu Dhabi, a licensed Franklin Method trainer, and holds advanced qualifications in Neurorehabilitation and Pathokinesiopathology of the lumbar spine through Polestar Pilates Miami. She has taught at Madonna's Hard Candy gym in Mexico and YogaWorks in California.
