Ria holds a Yoga Therapy Diploma from Yogacampus London and certifications from Bihar School of Yoga and Shivananda Ashram, alongside a BA from Central Saint Martins. She has over a decade of dedicated practice and teaching, working with clients managing addiction, cancer, diabetes, and arthritis. Her notable clients include Novak Djokovic and members of the Abu Dhabi royal family — and she has led retreats in Egypt and Lebanon.
